Query by sol: 2009 NYS tax refund where is my refund?
I filed in 01/22 wasn’t accepted till 02/eighteen with the last procedure wanted to know just how lengthy I have to wait around for my refund to go into my DD? It’s been 41/two weeks , do I have to count from the day I was in the last process?

count from the day it was accepted. remember, state hiring freeze possibly slowing down processing, and governor speaking about delaying because of monetary crisis might at some point occur into play, hopefully not

I just called the N.Y.S DTF because I e-filed and on Jan.25 and was accepted for both fed and state, but my status hasn’t updated A N.Y.S DTF rep(800-225-5829) told me “It takes two weeks from the final stages of processing” to receive a refund , not to count from the day that it’s accepted. She said mine started final processing Feb.18 and I should check my bank dd by Mar. 4 or call back if I don’t get anything by fourteen days from the final stages of processing. Hope I helped!
