I believe so. I got the Rapid Refund once because I needed a new washer and dryer and was too impatient to wait — I don’t recommend it unless you’re so desperate for the cash you can’t wait 14 days for direct deposit.
The “fee” they charge is ridiculous when you consider it’s a very short term loan — it works out to something like 5000% (okay, I’m exaggerating, but it’s still outrageous).

STOP! Don’t even look for a refund anticipation loan. It is about the worst deal you can find and just made for suckers. Save a bunch of money by efiling and having direct deposit of your refund in about two weeks.
