My husband’s tax refund for the next two a long time will go appropriate back again to the IRS for a financial debt he occurred to them before we have been married (we obtained married one 12 months ago). Considering that I am because of a tax refund this year, is there any way of filing wherever I will really get the refund because of to me & it won’t go toward his debt? I comprehend when married his financial debt is mine & vice versa. I just needed to know if there was any way.
