i’ve however to file for 2006 amend tax returns. already recd 2007 returns. will i get president’s tax refund for 2006 amend tax returns.

No. The “stimulus” rebate applies to 2007 filers.

Nope the rebate is based on the 2007 tax return. If you don’t file or qualify in 2007, then you may get it on your 2008 return…

2006 has nothing to do with the stimulus eligibility. If you are eligible based on your 2007 return, you’ll get it, but the amended 2006 return will have no effect.
