Query by staz: Will need a provider for quick tax refund company in my enterprise Houston Texas?
We are a car dealership, and would like to offer tax services to our clients. Anyone know who does that? Thank you!

You may be in a bind this year. There are a number of requirements that have to be met for a tax preparer and time is running short.

In addition, the deadline for signing a partnership agreement with any of the rapid refund banks has passed. Plus, it’s just getting harder to find a bank willing to offer these loans and harder still for tax preparers to qualify under the terms. With the economy the way it is, there’s too much risk.

Your best option at this late date is to partner with an existing tax preparation firm that offers refund anticipation loans or refund anticipation checks. There are probably a number of businesses that have been around for a long time and already have accounts established.

Offer desk space at your office and negotiate a percentage of the tax preparation fee. The tax firm may appreciate the additional revenue source and you will benefit from clients who will, I presume, be more willing to use their refund to purchase a car.

There are strict rules and regulations about what is legal for a tax preparer to do in these kinds of situations, so make sure you know what you’re doing or that the preparer knows the laws.

If you can’t get it in place for this year, you should start working on it again in June or July to be ready in time for next tax season.

Get in contact with an Instant Tax Service in Houston and they will be able to put a tax preparer inside of you business to offer rapid refunds.
