Question by mimi mama: Can my husband file his earnings tax refund with no my signature?
my husband and I are married but just seperated. we are not legally seperated and he is telling me that he will file our earnings tax with out me and without my signature and not give me any of the refund at all. Can he legally do this? We have 3 young children and he is planning on claiming the 3 young children and myself. the two youngest kids stay with me now and the oldest is his biological little one. what do I do?

if you are not legally separated then he is obligated to file such as you on his tax kinds.

From what you describe he can not legally do that without your signature. However it happens. What you should do about it depends on what your income is and what your plans are regarding the future of the marriage. Divorce court is the most likely place that such an issue will get resolved.
