It will help you all the different types of business structures for professionals and the tax treatment of each in detail. Very good book, we use to start a law firm. The same author wrote another great book, it deducted! Reduce taxes for small businesses. If it is also a great book, I suggest you buy both books. Many large sections of text are identical between the two books. For professionals, I go with it and jump Less It!
