After reading the book, however, you find a hype-free approach is. All the advantages and disadvantages (unless I could think) are covered. I went to a seminar where a serious expensive package of services to help someone who wanted to invest in tax lien certificates. Instead I bought this book. He will answer your questions and help you decide if you want. What the book does not include every little detail you need to actually execute a purchase. This varies a lot from the state and the book, it should double in size. So if you just want to know about these investments, I recommend this book. If you're willing to invest, you need more information.

This book explains the details with great clarity.
  The book opens with general chapters that explain the differences between tax liens and tax deeds, the things that investors must consider when planning such an investment, and guidelines that will help make the process more comfortable. For example, even an experienced investor in May had little experience in auctions, which is the method most governments use to sell tax liens and deeds – "The Complete Guide" advice on what to make and do in these situations.
  Still in the early chapters, Burrell uses examples to help explain the points – indicating, for example, forms used to register at an auction in Los Angeles. Later, Burrell discusses such topics as foreclosure (the painful part for those of us without skin) and obtain financing from a tax or tax lien act of investment.
  However, the key parts of the book are the tables (I think there are about 20), Chapter 12, which provides a detailed breakdown of the different laws, and very comprehensive, 60-page (you read right !) Glossary.

They are touted as a victory ivestments infallible and many "experts" offer training costing thousands of dollars to "train" you on how to invest in these gold mines ". Do yourself a favor, buy this book and avoid the seminars. You'll learn through experience and this book will help you get started. The seminars are simply part you and your money. Tax privileges are not as easy as they sound. You can not just go to the courthouse and buy 25% of privilege. Most people try this game you neglect to mention the fact that large companies to flood the market with Lowball offers to get a majority of the best tax liens.
